It was awarded a Michelin Star last October, but Charlie Restaurant in Las Vegas’ Palazzo remains a place to discover in Sin City among all the new star chef restaurants in town. The star behind this one is Charlie Trotter whose Chicago restaurant has been a success story for over two decades.
The menu focuses on seafood, much of it with Asian inspiration, and a bar area serves a sushi tasting menu at an 18-seat counter. Something new at this second “Charlie” is a cocktail bar, which like everything else at the restaurant, only uses fresh and pure seasonal ingredients.

The main dining room is quite spacious and includes a walk-through wine cellar. The kitchen can be seen through a stainless steel and glass loft which accommodates up to eight special guests and offers a spontaneous tasting menu.
With is different sitting areas and menus, this restaurant offers a different culinary experience every time you return, and despite all the recent Las Vegas star-restaurants, this is one you’ll surely return to.
