From Brussels International Airport take the train that departs four times in an hour to Brussels North, Brussels Central, and Brussels Midi stations. The journey time is between 25 and 30 minutes.

Once in central Brussels, the metro is a quick and efficient way to get around, although most of the sights are in the small historical center and you will be walking almost everywhere.
