Babylon
The place for live music, this is a very laid-back bar owned by a music and events company. You can catch rock, jazz, electronica, or world music as you have a bottle of beer. Check the website for the upcoming events.

Dulcinea
The cafe-bar decorated with pop art is the place for fruity drinks or sugar-coated crepes before moving downstairs to check out the contemporary art gallery, while under the club name Mania it features live acts and DJs on weekends, with dancing on Friday and Saturday nights lasting until dawn.

Roxy
The crowds are made up of mostly young 20-somethings, but this is a favorite of anyone looking for a night of music and drinks. You'll hear everything from pop to rock to electroclash, with local performers often showing up for live acts.

Reina Club, Istanbul Reina
More than a summer club, this is an entertainment emporium with several bars, dance floors, and dining areas. Blingy crowds show up to show off their bodies, and the selection at the door is based on how cool you look and who you're with (even male-female ratio preferred). It also helps if you're a celebrity -- Uma Thurman was sighted here. Once inside, join all the other lucky ones on the dance floor moving to European and Eastern dance mixes.

International guest DJs and live acts are the main attractions at this club. Fans of house, techno, or any electronic sounds make this their chosen destination every weekend, where they find other revelers and video mixes projected on screens.

Anjelique
The ultra beautiful and ultra rich gather at this ultra cool place to chill out while admiring a splendid view of the city. It's usually packed late into the night, after a long dinner of international dishes served on the middle and upper floors. There's no better address on a summer night.

360 Istanbul
Also recommended as a restaurant, 360 Istanbul is one of those hip night time hotspots you can't miss even if only for drinks surrounded by plenty of eye candy. We're talking about the crowds and the views of practically the entire city from the glass windows. Order one of the imaginative cocktails and chill out to the loungy sounds in the background.

Blackk
You can dine, drink, and dance at this hotspot on the Bosphorus. Start with the fusion cuisine at the restolounge or with traditional Greek fare at the separate Greek tavern, and then move to the club whose gigantic disco ball welcomes you for cocktails and DJ music. Sit by one of the black leather banquettes, have your Moët, and enjoy the night.
