Parizska shopping street, Prague PARIZSKA STREET is Prague's elegant avenue lined with the international designer boutiques, while the city's biggest retail area is found around WENCESLAS SQUARE. That means Parizska for Vuitton and Wenceslas for Zara, with a number of homegrown creations in between. The major one-stop-shopping destination in the city is the Palladium Praha Shopping Center set in a converted historical building, while the special shops you should not miss are these:

LOCAL FASHIONS


Boheme
Czech designer Hana Stocklassa presents knitwear collections together with suede jackets woolen pants at this shop in the center of the city. It has both Czech and international looks for both classic and contemporary tastes, as well as a selection of Camper shoes and Pavla Sonkupová jewelry.

TEG - Timoure et Group
This small shop updates womenswear looks from the 50s and 60s appealing to both a young and mature clientele. They're all Czech-made, presented in a white space that you'll want to check out for the quality at reasonable prices.

Tatiana
Czech designer Tatiana Kovarikova's shop has a simple interior, but the clothing on display is sexy and even somewhat racy. Many of the collections have a touch of the 80s, with the cocktail dresses and corsets getting the most attention.

Klara Nademlynska
After working in Paris for almost a decade, Czech designer Klara Nademlynska brought her experience in the fashion capital to Prague. Her simple styles and clean lines are on display at her shop, and includes evening wear, swimwear, and styled suits.

Ivana Follova Art & Fashion Gallery
Specializing in hand-painted silk dresses, designer Ivana Fallova only uses natural materials in her colorful creations, presented at her chic boutique where you'll also find accessories and jewelry, along with paintings and sculpture.

Helena Fejkova
Prague designer Helena Fejkova shows off her latest fashions in her chic boutique, including both men and womenswear and accessories.

LOCAL DESIGNS


Kubista Gallery
A shop specialized in distinctive Cubist furniture and ceramics has its appropriate home in the Museum of Czech Cubism. You'll find limited-edition reproductions and designs by Cubist masters, and a few original pieces that collectors don't mind paying big bucks for. Don't worry about how you're going to take your purchase back home because the shop will ship it for you.

Material
This shop serves as artist Tomas Kysela's showroom, with heavy pieces of 30% lead crystal and other creations of stunning colors sharing space with glass by other designers.

Arzenal
Pick up an original glass or homeware piece at this shop showing the eccentric work of Borek Sipek, whose industrial designs brought him national renown. Worth checking out are the colorful glass sculptures.
