From Budapest's international airport, take the minibus service located outside the arrivals terminal. The trip can take between 30 minutes to one hour, depending on how many stops it needs to make. Getting Around Budapest
Most of the city's sights can be reached on foot, otherwise you may use the efficient metro. Since most of the public transport (including the metro) shuts down at around 11:30PM, your only choice late at night is a taxi.
